First and foremost, Kirk Neal is a family man. A proud husband and father of two, everything he does is driven by the belief that business should give you more life, not take it from you.
Kirk’s professional journey started on the tools. After completing his apprenticeship as an electrician, he stepped into an operations manager role — his first real exposure to running a business.
In 2018, Kirk made the move into coaching. He had seen first-hand how capable trade business owners were being held back by the same handful of problems: pricing that didn’t reflect their value, teams that didn’t perform, and businesses built entirely around the owner.
Since then, Kirk has coached over 3,000 trade business owners across Australia and New Zealand. Today, Kirk speaks at industry conferences, runs workshops for trade business teams, and is completing his debut book, The Trades Business Playbook.
